You only need to make one call (to use) and we will handle the claims process for you. We will communicate with all parties involved in the accident and handle all services on your behalf.
If you were at fault in the accident, you will have to pay the excess. We will, however, handle the entire repair process for you via one of our mechanics, negotiate repair costs with your insurer, and repair your vehicle. You must pay your excess when you pick up your vehicle. When dealing with your insurer, your Excess is paid prior to the provision of services.

If we determine that you are at fault, we may either manage the claims procedure on your behalf through our dedicated repair network or we can send you straight to your insurance provider so they can help you further.
We will have an independent engineer inspect the vehicle and repair the damage. Following their assessment, the engineer will provide a full detailed estimate costing for the repair of your vehicle. We will then assign one of our network repair technicians to complete the work on your behalf. All of our Repairers are BSI125 certified and have a slew of manufacturer approvals to ensure that the proper repair methods are used to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
If your vehicle is deemed a total loss and uneconomical to repair after inspection, we will use the engineer's valuation and three independent guides, Glasses, Caps, and Cazoo, to reach an agreement with the insurer. If you are not at fault, you will be kept in Hire until the PAV is agreed with the TPI, and once you have received your payment, you will have access to the Hire vehicle for a further 7 days to allow you time to find a replacement.
No, nor will we charge you for our services. We will aim to recover the full cost from the at-fault party's insurer.
